Our Investment Criteria
T&D focuses on the consumer sector including restaurants, retail, hospitality, consumer products manufacturing and experiential companies. Our target criteria include the following:
- Revenue of $5 million to $100 million
- Minimum EBITDA of $1 million or more
- United States geographic focus
- In-place or succession management
- High growth potential including acquisitive growth, geographic expansion, product expansion, untapped customer segments, and/or channel expansion
- Potential opportunities to create efficiencies through process improvements, increased/enhanced utilization of technology, supply chain efficiencies, and/or channel expansion

An owner can generate maximum liquidity by selling all of his interest in the company, or alternatively, “take some chips off the table” while retaining a meaningful equity interest and continued management role in the company by partnering with T&D.
